The sun is finally shining in New York City and New Yorkers are wasting no time stepping out to enjoy all of the exciting seasonal events the city has to offer. So in developing your public relations strategy, how exactly do you choose the right events for your brand to be apart of that reach and resonate with your target audience?
With over three decades of experience as an NYC PR firm, our team specializes in planning and executing events that are both cost effective and highly impactful in building awareness for your brand – both with the press and the consumer. Just yesterday, we worked on behalf of our client, Martin Miller’s Gin to host an in-office gin and jazz happy hour for Out Magazine, the biggest LGBT magazine on the market today with a dedicated audience of over 200,000 influential consumers.
An Intimate Press Event Results in Powerful Coverage for Premium Spirits Brand
With Out Magazine devoting an entire issue to Iceland this year, it was only fitting for the only gin blended with pure Icelandic spring water, Martin Miller’s Gin, to visit the magazine’s headquarters for a delightful spring happy hour. Plus, with the magazine’s Editor-in-Chief confirming a gin and tonic story for the fall, an interactive gin and tonic experience highlighting Martin Miller’s Gin’s flavor profile seemed like the perfect fit.
Held in Out Magazine’s primary office space, the intimate, low-key event consisted of an introductory presentation to Out’s editorial staff during which we outlined Martin Miller’s Gin’s unique selling propositions and demonstrated how to prepare a perfect-pour Gin and Tonic. With a DIY bar ready with Martin Miller’s Gin, fever-tree tonic, balloon glasses, ice, jiggers and an array of fun summer G&T garnishes, the editorial staff was then invited to prepare their own gin and tonics.
The event was highly successful with the Out team mingling with Martin Miller’s Gin representatives over fine summer cocktails and jazz piano on a beautiful evening in Brooklyn. Watch for Martin Miller’s Gin to be featured in Out Magazine this Fall!
